CUSTOM ORDERS

We gladly accept custom orders and would love to create something truly special and unique just for you.

If you have an idea for something you want but can't find it, just pop us a message and we would be happy to talk through ideas with you.

Please note that custom orders may take longer for me to finish and dispatch than my usual dispatch times for products already listed in my shop.

Due to the process behind designing and making a custom item, once you have placed the order and paid I am sadly unable to refund, exchange or cancel it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?


Every care is taken whilst making and packaging your order and will never leave my hands in anything but perfect condition.

Sometimes accidents happen whilst your order is in the care of the shipping company and we sincerely apologise if this is the case.

If you do open your parcel to find a damaged product, please contact me immediately and I will get a replacement sent out to you straight away.

If you could please send pictures of the damaged item and its packaging that would be a great help as I need these to make a claim with the shipping company.
